More About our Guided Adventure Motorcycle Tours

Moto Adventure Tour's different guided tours have different options and requirements;

We offer a series of Guided Road Riding Tours, and these vary from single-day tours, to our all-inclusive 3-day tour, all based out of our Palm Springs facilities.

For these, we offer everything from light bikes, like the Triumph 400 Speed, to more mid-sized street bikes like Royal Enfield 650's, (or 450 Himalayans!) Moto Guzzi V7-850's and V100 Stelvio's and Mandello's, to heavy bikes like BMW's and of course - multiple types of Harley Davidson's! 

Gear; besides the motorcycle itself, we can also provide a Modular helmet, armored jacket, and gloves. 

If you have gear that you own and like, you are more than welcome to bring it, as we're sure it will fit you more precisely. Your choice.

But no matter what, in California, you will always need to wear a helmet, eye protection, jacket, and gloves. 

Weather....yes, the sun always seem to shine here, but temperatures vary, so you should also bring long solid material pants, and sturdy shoes/boots. In addition, clothes that can be layered for a variety of temperatures, especially during our winter months when you can typically lay out by the pool, and look up at the snow-covered mountains surrounding our valley. There will be areas we'll travel, that can be quite chilly (Dec-Mar), so layered clothing will make that much more enjoyable.

All our bikes come with a cell phone mounts. The guide's bike (or chase vehicle, if applicable) will also carry a First Aid Kit, Water, Tool Kit, Emergency Fuel, Battery Booster, Maps, Cell Phone (or a Satellite Communicator).

These tours are lead by experienced guides, that will take you on some highly educational and really fun rides that not only will give you some great photography opportunities, but you'll also learn a lot about the areas, on fantastic roads that will offer some really enjoyable mixed terrain riding. 

You need solid multi-year motorcycle riding experience, as the roads and terrain will vary, including on some very curvy and steep sections through our mountain passes.

This, is what a motorcyclist really wants to do, when visiting the greater Palm Springs area of California - go for a ride!! 

For all of these tours, you must of course have a motorcycle license/endorsement on your driver's license, you also need to have real motorcycle riding experience, and full coverage insurance.
